This museum is one of the most significant house-museums in Europe and shows the taste of one of the finest collectors in the 19th century, the nobleman Gian Giacomo Poldi Pezzoli.

The museum, located in his private house and open since 1881, has an impressive collection of Renaissance Italian paintings and also a unique collection of decorative arts, namely porcelain, glasses, textiles, weapons, clocks, jewellery and metalworks.

Inside, you will find stunning Renaissance paintings by Polaiollo, Botticelli, Mantegna, Giovanni Bellini, Lucas Cranach the Elder or Ribera.

When to come

Open every day except Tuesday from 10:00 to 18:00 (last admission at 17:30). Closed on January 1st, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, 25th & 26th.

How to get passes

Tickets cost 10€, concessions 7€.
