This elegant and sophisticated restaurant is located in a luxury hotel right in the heart of Milan and has been awarded a Michelin star. They serve traditional Italian dishes with innovative touches using local fresh ingredients.
The name of the restaurant VUN in the Milanese dialect means "one", a name that express not only the close relationship that it has with the city of Milan, but also its desire to awaken feelings and emotions that are distinct in Milanese cuisine.
According to chef Andrea Aprea, "My contemporary cuisine looks to the future without forgetting its origins. Each idea stems from my curiosity and everything is a source of inspiration for me: a picture, a piece of furniture, a place, an aroma, a person."
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 19:00 to 22:30.
