The origins of the Negroni Sbagliato cocktail
This historical Milan club is known for its cocktails, notably its 'Eat and Drink' ('Mangia e Bevi') cocktail, and claims to have invented the Negroni Sbagliato, made not with gin, but with spumante!
With a charming interior that reflects its mid-20th-century origins, this bar also claims to have introduced the concept of 'aperitivo' to the public.
Since 1947 they have been serving cocktails, and today their list includes more than 500 drinks, from classics like Bloody Mary, Manhattan and Martini, to newly invented ones such as the celebrated 'Mangia e Bevi' (based on hazeltut ice-cream).
Open 09:00 to 01:15, closed on Tuesday.
